Are the Embers and Beams from Infused Ember Fusillade Counted as One Hit or Two?

Pretty much title.

I'm trying to figure out if I can utilise infused skills to make an ignite build work. In order for the beam to contribute though, it needs to be counted as the same hit as the embers, does anyone know if they're one hit? Two small hits is useless when there's a max of one ignite.

We had reverse poison in Poe 1 to test these kinds of things, but I don't think there's any way for us to increase the number of poisons that can be applied ourselves.
