Regarding POE2 Gold increase and Local Knowledge Node

Im not sure how exactly this works:

Local Knowledge increases certain droprates depending on the type of area. Does this reduce the amount of other items/currencies you get.

Then we have Cleansed maps with for example 100%+ gold. Will this reduce other drops, will you get less equipment and currency drops there.

I tested this a bit now and it seems that even on the maps if u have gold droprate increase it reducing other drops. Cant say for certain tho
