Alt-clicking Ange should open Merchant tab

Alva was already a good enough gamble merchant. It also makes more sense that someone willing to risk their life adventuring into a monster-infested jungle would be the gamble npc rather than the cold by-the-numbers marketeer.

Ctrl + Alt + Click opens her merchant window. =)
But I agree, it should just be Alt + Click by default.
