I cannot craft items on well of souls

I cannot craft items anymore on well of souls its says could not generate mod on different items. And the little screen where normally you get thr options stays black and the desecrated weapon stays desecrated with ????

did you use an omen for a specific kind of descecrated mod but there are no mods of that kind available for some reason?
