Is Ritual bugged?

This thread is not about ritual tablets, but tribute gained after completing a ritual. Since few days I observe surprisingly low amount after completing all 4 rituals, it happened to even be as low as ~500. Is it just me, or you too also experience this?

I don't have problems with tablets though, I constantly get a new one before worn off currently being used one.

If we’re talking about Tribute, then if you approach ritual farming the wrong way, you might end up with only 500 Tribute at the end.
I usually get from 4k to 10k, depending on how lucky the monster spawn is.

What is the correct way then? Including Atlas setup for Ritual?

Rule 1: Try not to pull mobs out of the ritual circle when killing them.
Rule 2: First, find all 3 or 4 rituals before activating any of them. Analyze where the most monsters were killed — from the highest to the lowest — then activate and complete the rituals in that order. This is because when you kill 15 monsters in the first ritual, they will respawn in the next ones. But if you kill 30 monsters in the first ritual, you’ll get more tribute at the end.
Rule 3: For waystone mods, look only for pack size. If you can use delirium, also focus on pack size there.

I follow these rules when farming rituals. The only exception to Rule 2 is that if I see a ritual with a lot of dead monsters, I activate it right away. But if there are few, I don’t.

In the passive tree, I take "From the Mists" and "Would You Like to See My Face?" as the base. The other two depend on the situation:

* When I’m looking for omens, I take "Tempting Offers" and "Ominous Portents".

* When I’ve found an expensive omen and need to buy it back, I take "Spreading Darkness" and "Between Two Worlds".

After I’ve bought it back, I switch back to the first setup.

As for tablets — it depends on the situation. You can min-max them for tribute and pack size, but I play SSF, so that’s not really possible.

Rule 2 however seems to work inconsistently. I deliberately killed expedition/abyss/breach/strongbox monsters inside the ritual circle, but the results are unclear at best. Well, it might be that only naturally spawned in the map monsters count for the ritual.

Sorry for not mentioning this earlier. I’ve actually noticed that monsters from Expeditions, Breach, and Strongboxes don’t seem to count. This rule at least applies to naturally spawned monsters. Abyss seems to count, but only the monsters that are outside, not the ones that appear later. I always try to find a place with Abyss first before I start using Ritual.

Get the Rogue Exile passives.

If a Rogue Exile spawned, make sure that the Ritual where they died is the first you activate.

That's right, it is cool interaction. Sadly, I'm still missing some points to get to the 40 threshold, but yeah, I'm planning to invest in researcher's strongboxes(done already) and chance to spawn rogue exiles.
