Upgrade the function of "Tracking Scrolls"

I love the information on these scrolls, but I think it's very difficult to view because they're hidden in the MTX tab. There are other MTXs in the game that show similar information, such as map devices. However, these devices create another problem because each map device has its own way of counting the information; there's no way to unify all this information in one place that's easy to display.

My suggestion would be to create a hideout decoration where we could place these scrolls so that they count the information for the entire account, and it could be displayed directly in the hideout. This would make it easier to track the information, and everyone could see their achievements when they enter in your hideout.

Some kind of "Codex" type decoration that displays information similar to how that one decoration displays the number of vaal/chaos orb attempts.
