Crossbow Reload is not natural and generative AI names

Look, i understand that the dev's are "busy". But maybe fix the "speed" and damage to the crossbow gear. I played a lot of crossbow characters but now, it just feels unnatural to reload when walking like nothing happened.

And, finally. Names are all taken, can we at least have some help pick male or female names randomly? Maybe with the help of AI, would be sweet.
