Need help with the exp gain on my character

Hi there can anyone help with understanding why playing the same tier maps as my friend doesnt matter if he is the leader or me hes gaining 50,000,000 to 70,000,000 milion per hour where for me it says 5,000,000 and then drops down please explain we dont have any aditional experience bonuses

Your friend is deadeye, walks a little bit infront, clears off screen. Minions die, but you are not in range to get exp.

you are higher level than your friend
there are experience penalties
