Pulveriser Map device MTX issues

Unlike other map device MTX (such as Timekeeper's Map Device), the Pulveriser Map device has no option to disable sound by scrolling to another variant. This makes the device pretty much unusable with sound on, due to constant repetitive moaning and groaning.

Secondly, unlike other map device MTX (again, such as Timekeeper's Map Device), the timer stops if a map boss is killed, making it unable to track time spent in the map.

1. Please add a soundless variant to the Pulveriser Map Device

2. Please make the timer behavior consistent with other time tracking map devices (not stop counting if a boss is killed)
