Incision small but meaningful change suggestion

For incision to be useful it's quite simple. Right now, the skill is useless because every skill you want to make bleed just slap Bleed III on the skill and call it a day.
Working around the limitations of incision are extremely tedious and if you or anybody else in your party / minions have any skills that aren't supported by Bleed IV, you will instantly fail to meet the conditions of Incision and most likely have all your incision stacks taken away from a random hit that wasn't linked with bleed IV. Solution is 2-fold: - Change incision chance to apply to surpassing chance (similar with additional arrow chance) and up the numbers. If we support skills with bleed IV, we should at least apply 2 stacks of incision per hit. - Consuming incision for a hit which applies a bleed now just reduces the amount of incision stacks with 1 instead of consuming them all. --- That's it, that's the whole thing, now we can actually work with this skill combo / setup. ขุดครั้งสุดท้าย เมื่อ 23 ธ.ค. 2025 04:36:21

Bump, this stat is currently absolutely dead and could use some love.

Right now, the mid-sup mechanics in the game are all a joke. GGG doesn't care. They'll probably remove all these mechanics and turn the game into PoE1 because they lack the skill/talent to do such a job.
