Don’t Release Leagues Until 1.0

I think it is time to stop releasing leagues. They are pulling valuable resources from things that matter:
-Endgame -New classes -Class/skill balance -Finishing the campaign -Bug fixes ขุดครั้งสุดท้าย เมื่อ 23 ธ.ค. 2025 11:49:45

I think the league mechanic itself usually don't take too many resources, the vaal temple isn't that complex when you think about it
-Create a visual theme for the league -Fill it with a small story -Make it replayable Not to say it's a trivial thing to do, but balancing and creating new skills/classes is way more difficult than making rooms with monsters and tweaking a few uniques |

than there would be no one to test things as they came out......

I don't really understand how so many of you are completely missing the point... these "league mechanics" ARE THE ENDGAME.
Go look at POE1, there's about 20 different things you can do and ways to play the endgame. That is what league mechanics are. GGG isn't pulling resources away from developing the endgame, they are building the intended endgame and releasing it in the form of league mechanics (exactly how POE1 works btw). It's actually a pretty smart way to do it, endgame mechanics get tested and fixed as part of the EA. Each new "league" gives people reasons to come back and try again, because the new mechanic (which again, is part of the planned endgame). |

I think they have a team for leagues so they are just using the resources that they have and flipping some assets, I don't think that is harming the production

You say don't make leagues but also they should focus on endgame, leagues are a core part of the endgame no?
Leagues are good, they give players a reason to come back and give feedback |

Agreed.. At least don't release leagues until the endgame is reworked as promised. I'm having fun this league, but I have to say that it is a disappointment. We want new classes, better endgame and all that, I wouldn't mind leagues not starting until the official launch of the game.
