Suggestion: Reduced Attribute Requirement Rune

Getting this mod when you craft sucks in like 99% of all circumstances.
Basically only Giant's Blood enjoyers like it.

Let's delete the stat from crafting and make runes that does it!

Bigger weapons can now be used without ultra insane strength stacking at the cost of some damage.
