Unique Boots have a big problem

I understand the decision to make movement speed an chase affix on rare Boots. That isnt a bad mechanic.

But many unique boots suffer a lot because of that. For example id love to include corpsewade/Trampletoe or Briar Patch into builds but with 10%-20% movement speed it feels impossible. That missing movement speed feels so bad as its really scarce in poe2. There are and probalby will release many cool unique boots and its just sad that they are that detrimental to use.

Maybe make it scale with Level for unique boots only or maybe let us get some valuable currency that can replace the movement speed modifier with sth like a 25-30% modifier to only unique boots.
