Let us disable or change the color of the Rage effect

With the new Eternal Rage and Berserk gems, I'm playing a build that always has rage, and the red effect is pretty ugly if your character isn't wearing MTX that is red/orange/yellow. It just clashes with a lot of things and looks bad. It would be nice to be able to disable this or have an option to customize the color to blue or white or something else.
