Kelari's Malediction bug?

hey folks, Kelari's Malediction work with several minion buffs and support gems but appearantly the explosion radius cant be increased via minion area of effect or is this intended?? would make the skill immense better.

also armor explosion as a possible suport gem would be insane. we also need the possibilty to increase the qualitiy from djinn skills via gemcutter prism!
