Add a setting to always copy the 'advanced' item info without having to press ctrl+alt+c

The extra info you get by using CTRL+ALT+C instead of CTRL+C is very useful, but a) it's a bit of a hidden feature not many players know about, and b) CTRL+ALT+C is an extremely uncomfortable combination of keys to press, especially compared to CTRL+C. Yet for third party tooling it would be very valuable to get the extra info more easily.

A setting somewhere in the game menu (or even just the ini file?) to always copy the advanced info, which we could inform users about, would be a fantastic quick win!
