Lightning Warp

I have seen others already post about this and hope you guys are already tracking. In case not though, I wanted to make another post to help the rolling tide.

The change to lightning warp now favoring targets to apply a de-buff essentially makes a storm weaver build handicapped when looking at play styles before the change. I understand if this was an agreed upon mechanic by most of the staff at GGG, but I believe a simple solution for players who would like to keep this ability is possible along with allowing past stormweaver builds who prefer warping to ball lightning possible. I see this as simple implementing a toggle solution/choice in some way to give players the power to build specifically for their preference.

People want this because ball lightning warping is super cool and it feels good. Please give it back. : (
