Game freezes and force-closes during boss fights

The problem is that whenever I relog, the game strips all my buffs. The boss has insane damage and AoE at lower HP, which always kills my character. I’m fighting a T16 boss with full degen mods, so this is extremely frustrating. Today this happened more than 11 times, and I died every single time because I’m basically restarting the fight with zero buffs.
