Scion - scion assassin ascend question - เว็บบอร์ด

i tried the scion assassin ascend with crit strike att maims enemy. However, i don't see the enemy's movement speed reduced. Does any1 have the same problem? I'm using Blast rain BTW. IGN: withmybarehand Guild recruiting causal player. New players or less active(online time) players are mostly welcomed as so am I. We welcome anymore from all around the world. However, it is best if you can speak English.
