[3.1] Cheap EZ Elemental Wander 1.64M Shaper DPS, 2 Variants. Elementalist/Frenzy Raider

Hi guys, I'm planning to make my own build that suite to my own taste:
Easy
Tanky
Nice Leech
Ele KB Wander
At least 6k life
Able to do maps with rippy mods
Only uses Piscator Vigil wand, because FK wand crafting


So here's what I came up with, a build that's using Piscator, Lycosidae, Shroud of Lightless, Tombfist, and Bubonic Trail. A build that is easy to replicate and gear.

1. Ascendant(Slayer leech>Duelist Path>Raider Frenzy)
Average dps with all flasks up> 1.64 mil dps

Ya, you need to add gear, passive tree explanations and etc. ;) Leveling section also will be very nice
