Help with a Shadow build

Hi.

I haven't played in a long while and I wanted to come back.
So, a few months ago I logged in and all my skill points were resetted.
I didn't remember ANYTHING about my old build and how to build assassin. And the skill tree is huge and intimidating. It was too much. I had no idea where to put my points and I didn't want to make mistakes (I think the game has no respec options, am I correct?) and I absolutely don't want to risk to be forced to make another character.
So I just... logged off and didn't touch the game again until today.

Logged in today... and deja vu, I have the same problem. But I really want to give the game another chance.
So, I need help... taking into consideration that I'd like to go for an assassin/dual wield type of character, how should I allocate my point?
