[3.4] 31k ES 15Million DOT DPS Bax_CD LLRF

Hello Guys, Just to complete the guide I developed before the league start,
I minmaxed the nodes and things. I know the title is a little surprising, but it is real

With my Mana Guardian support friend I will scale up to 31K ES pool and 15Million DOT DPS (RF + Vaal RF + Scorching Ray) without considering some of the debuffs like flammability.

Solo it will be arround 13.5k ES and 2+ Million DOT DPS on shaper. Which is really nice.

Fastest nowadays is to have a friend to Run with you through acts with Downscaling enabled :P hehe
