I am glad to see someone else trying this. I started this as just something to mess around with and liked it so much I just kept going so I guess this is my league starter You can see my character here https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/zaniix/characters?characterName=painappletotem Nothing special, my gear is not great and my Skill tree is probably all wrong, but its fun and everything dies fast. My health pool is an issue right now being only around 4k, I plan to grab some more life nodes and hopefully a few more cast speed nodes. Cast speed seems to increase damage more than almost anything else. Ignore the odd gems and links, I am just leveling some gems while I level and do easy maps. I have only done up to T5 maps, I just do not have many maps yet. Just a thought, you did read the last line of the skill gem description right? Only one wave of conviction can be active at a time. When you use this skill with totem/trap/mine, only one wave can do damage, all the investments into multiple totems, are basically a fancy "inc aoe" support gem. Well the skill does have a insane amount of base damage, maybe it can work OK. I am running 4 WoC totems, they are each only sending out one wave, but all waves from all totems do damage. The description is trying to explain that if you recast it yourself, the existing wave stops and a new wave starts for when you are hand casting it.
