[3.10] League Start 10-20Mill DPS Freezing Pulse Miner, Life Based

Was fooling around in POB trying to figure out a league start and decided to mess with Freezing Pulse since we get an inherent 5 Projectiles from 2x First Snow jewels. I decided to design a life-based tree with 3 stages for early game, mid game, and end game. This is a bit rushed as it is getting late and I need to rest before tomorrow, but here is the POB for the League Starts :)

I will be streaming league start tomorrow and most likely playing this build since it looks fun, and I would love for any and everyone to stop by and hang out! I will answer all questions and potentially be revising the tree if i find some changes that can be made. All input by you guys is welcome too!

I will be updating this guide once league starts and I can get gear and setups in game as well as updating POB with ACTUAL gear rather than theory crafted gear!

Update Log 1: Removed EE from build as it does not work as intended. Replaced with wave of conviction applying cold exposure by stacking a little bit of cold scaling on wep (go for wep with cold dmg to spells and craft it onto rings/helm). Cold damage exposure from wave on trigger wand allows us to lose EE and save 3 points while maintaining DPS

Update Log 2: Removed Low-Life variant as it is just all around worse than the life-based setup.

Update Log 3: League start very successful. Gear and Currency after 12 hours of gameplay in spoiler

Also ZO for Life-based? We gonna regen hp from flasks only?

Hey bud, I meant to uncheck ZO on the life-based build, that was a mistake on my end, thanks for pointing that out. Was making this build before sleeping so my brain was a little fried. And we will have 10% life regen from mine detonation + 1 life flask available on the life based build, which is pretty standard for miner. Can swap out utility or damage for another life flask if you want, but for the most part everything should be frozen or shattered on contact which should keep damage taken to a minimum.

Also as far as gameplay videos, not til League start today, but ill be streaming the build so if you decide you want to play this you can follow alongside me while i play and ask questions as we go! :) I will add videos of mapping tomorrow after i get to mapping phases

One more thing to point out plz)
We use EE on this char, our mines cant triger +25% to Cold by themselver? I mean we throw a mine it blows up and mobs dont gel EE before our Ball Lightning will get through them, right?

EE has an internal cooldown on it, so we throw down mines, ball lightning goes off, hits them, -cold res, boom goes the mines, then they die

Upon further research, it seems there is in fact no internal cooldown like i thought there was, will need to make revisions to the trees and remove EE, its unreliable, thanks for bringing this to my attention. So many in depth mechanics on this game, its hard to track it all :p will update the pastebins shortly
Found a workaround for EE. Replacing Ball Lightning with Wave of conviction on trigger wep. We need to make sure not to put too much "added lightning damage to spells" on our gear so that our wave of conviction with hatred outweighs the other damage weights and cold is the top damage (very easy if you craft added cold dmg to rings and get a wep with added cold dmg)

this exposure to cold counteracts the need for EE since EE resets per hit rather than on an internal cooldown and our DPS stays the same! :) and we save 3 passive points!

Bump, Build coming along nicely. had a slow start due to lots of server problems and disconnects back to a 15k queue but settled in fine
