Need help with creating build for HC.

Ive been trying to make a build which would use power siphon and have at least 2kk dps with barrage support. For the reason that this build counts on HC delirium league i need all sources of damage mitigation and 7k HP at the very least. Also im focusing on getting armour and phys dmg reduction but not evasion or evade.

Currently im having problems with getting 7k HP and i dont know how to deal with that.

This build is only POB crafted and i took crap gear from trade. Also i dont need super expensive items in this build because this is almost my 1st character on HC league.

Build should focus on level 95 at maximum.
And yes, i know that Champion would have more armour and DPS but i want CHANINS on map.
