Hi! Is this good league starter for Harvest?

Im doing this Build on Assa and lightning, on currently season my gear is a mid tier, but i dont understand how you escalate to 50m, I change your weapons for my weapons and you still in 30m. I dont understand, I was thinking drop my build but since I see your build I trying to do better, Its better doing damage with all elements?
