Console chat bans

Could we get some clarification on what we are allowed to say? I got a 10 min chat ban with no reason given I did not swear or say anything offensive. Second ban in 15 mins I'm on a roll. Fix this Authoritarian crap.

The same thing happened to me multiple times, so i'm just not invesdting any more money into GGG :/
