No Lube All Mods SSF HC Heist League - Want to begin in 1 week! Need crowdfunding!

In light of no 'no lube' league available from ProjectPT or other streamers, I have decided to start my own SSF HC No Lube All mods HC Heist Private league.

For whatever reason, there isn't an option to enable SSF HC - Even though this league is selected as HC Heist, THIS IS A SSF LEAGUE - NO TRADING ALLOWED!
