Scion Cyclone in 3.13 and further

Hey guys,

So I've been in PoE for a few years and just found out I still have an 800+ days old scion in Standard, on level 90, that I played when Incursion came out. Build originally came from vashseden here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2129487/page/1

I kind of liked Scion that time because of the ascandancies combinations, more free passive points, I know she's good on everything overall, but does not excel in anything .

And I was kind of wondering if the build is still viable, with the new skill gems in place (Infused channeling etc) and maybe new gear (that I do not watch for at all) ?

Feel free to have a look at my character to see what I've used it with and let me know if I could make it better somehow maybe?
