Toxic rain building

Been a while since I've played and this may be my first evasion focused build.

What hard numbers am I trying to reach.

And what is must have gear to keep one of my old favorites viable ?

This will be my farmer for future builds this go around.

In the future I would like to try some of these new lightning builds or a shield slam build but for now how can I get the most out of my TR trickster ?
