Can someone help me with my ek ignite build

I've tried to follow multiple build guides for ek ignite, I can't seem to get my single target damage to be remotely good, overall my clear damage isn't that good either. If anyone could take a look and point me in the right direction I would appreciate the help. I took the headhunter from my other build and that seems to make it stronger.
