Ice Shot Assassin Low-Mid Budget

Looking for feedback on this build I put together in PoB. It is my first time making an Assassin. Am I too spread out? Not enough damage? Will I get instakilled often? Technically, I can use any bow skill here and change up a few things.

Notes:

There are many points off the tree to increase DPS/Life. I took off some of those to keep it at a respectable level while I map and build up currency
Skills are on 5-Links.
I was trying to stay away from Ballistas so my single target is barrage skill at the moment.
Annoint will possibly be Vengeant Cascade
I plan to start with an elemental bow+HoI
Thinking about fitting in The Interrogation as well. This should help mitigate more of the big hits, more damage.
Frenzy charges are hopefully coming from Manageforged Arrow + Frenzy if it works like I think it will.

I cannot understand... 34k dps with 20 lvl gems on 90 lvl? How is it possible?
Rangers have 1.5kk+ dps mininmum with Hyrri's Ire...
