witch blazing salvo / summon skeletons ...

im kinda new at build builds in poe but what else should
i use with this build besides blazing salo /summon skeletonsand i also have
flame dash

you usually don't combine spells with minions, you either play a minion build or a spell build with some utility minions

and minion builds are usually on necromancer, while element based self cast builds are usually on elementalist for witch, so you have to decide on one. most of the blazing salvo elementalist builds are based on "wardloop". if you want to play fire based elementalist build, you can look up ek ignite elementalist builds

If you could make your characters public then we can give a better feedback.
Also, it might be better to follow a guide when you are new rather than going on your own.
