Xbox Series X - performance mode = 4k 60fps?

Hello POE team,

We installed path of exile on our xbox series x and see that in the standard options it says "performance mode"...I know that POE on an xbox one X runs at 4k 60 fps, so since the series x is downward compatible, it should also run 4k 60fps... but is 4k 60fps turned on in "performance mode", or do I need to select "quality mode"?

And if 4k 60fps is included in the performance mode, what additional benefits would I get from the quality mode?
