Im trying to build a CoC icespear Cyclone build, Im trying to run a 6 link setup of

Cyclone
Return Proj
Ice Spear
Multiple Proj
CoC|
Elemental focus

This is what im following, but i dont understand why i can not use Cyclone. I dont have all the uniques its asking for but im using a 6 link chest, so i dont understand why i can not use Cyclone. It will not let me cast it
