[3.23] Fakener Revived - CoC Discharge Assassin (WIP)

Endless Misery threshold jewel removed in 3.23 and its effects were transferred over to a new transfigured gem, Discharge of Misery. It retains the damage nerf as compared to Discharge w/ the threshold jewel, but has a Larger AOE and has no cooldown.

We achieve 52% Cooldown Rate via
Level 10 Awakened Cast on Crit Support (37%)
Abyss Jewel (3%)
Saboteur's Charm (12%)

This will allow us to jump to the 10.10 Attack Rate breakpoint, which translate to a 66.6% MORE procs/damage.

Our main sources of scaling damage in this build would be stacking Power & Endurance charges, Crit Multi and Gem levels.

Dialla's Malefaction (+2)

We are also running 6 Spectres using a +2 minion gems Wraithlord unique helm with a level 21 Raise Spectre gem.
