Necro Build

Hello, iam looking for a necro build, i searched the forums here, but the only Zombie / Skelleton build thats not tagged with "do not attemp 3.23 broke it" is the Zombie Father Baron build. isnt there a other way to build it easy to use beginner friendly? i like the Neco playstyle where the mobs stay and you dont have to recast all the time. Whats the reason why all other builds are broken now? why dont they work anymore?
