Which is 4 ticks (100-132ms), this require 85% reduction (25% from passive tree, 2 rings, and an amulet) 10% less (from duration mastery) a 21/20 or 20/22 less duration on a +2lv/+16q shield, alongside any Swift affliction gem.

This will trigger "Twister" skill inside the helmet which then trigger "25% chance to gain a Flask charge when you deal a Critical Strike" flask mastery, and fill up our:

to enable usage during boss fight.

Use Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage and scale some aura effect (123% to be exact) will give you 3636 to 5455 flat fire damage for everything at gem lv 33 (even Herald/minion)

Some Evasion, 70ish block, 100% spell suppression, 5k combined Life/ES, Wicked ward, just a trickster basically.

PoB said 6.4M PER Meteor, 16 of them per cast.
Twister itself have 1.7M DPS.

*** I ticked all reliable buff that we can generate during boss fight, Guardian/Pinnacle Bosses setting.

Your Less Duration gem must say at least 68% less duration (can be higher)

Double corrupt implicit on boots is not mandatory, anything pass lv 30 give diminishing return (~6% more vs. ~10% more pre-30)

Rings and Amulet must be 20% "reduction", vaal implicit can be any.

Find Soul ripper with as low charge usage as possible is nice, but not required.
