Cant Progress after Control Blocks

My game crashed on Xbox while in control blocks in act 5. Cant go past control blocks now. When I get to the door that goes out to next area its just a burning pile of mess there with no door. Seems the game thinks the area is on fire already. Anyways next character :). Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else and I hope this helps in fixing the issue. Have a good day

I'm experiencing the same issue on PC as well. Justicar Casticus won't drop "eyes of zeal" quest item, I guess that should be the trigger to be able to enter the next area.
