Impending Doom doubts! Why is my build so shit? Help me fix please!

Spent a lot of currency and it's still bad and can't even kill t17 bosses =(

I cant figure out which is your main damage skill, so I dont know why you cant kill T17 bosses.Now I dont know what is happening defence wise in your build cause last time I played a life-based build was when they introduced Elder to the game and you had to spread his influence over shaper influenced areas on atlas territory to summon his guardians in maps. But I really get the heebie-jeebies when I see 75% resistances. Although 50% phys as ele and 80% reduced from damage from crits are very solid, they wont work with 75% ele resistances.

i think the problem lies with what mods you are playing with t17
some builds need to spend a lot with crafting maps with chaos, you need to use a very strict regex
and are you sure your doom blast are overlapping areas rght?
