Right now, if you have a pc, you can log on the path of exile and buy one of the new supportive packs that give you an early access key. Using the web page, if you have a playstation five account, it will just tell you that you have to go into the game on the console to do your microchensactions. You were unable to do this on the web page. When will it be updated on the playstation. I ask because they only updated every three months.

You cant... The new supporter packs with access keys to PoE 2 haven't even been announced yet.

Now that they've been announced, can we get this question answered? I would like to support the early access as well and the only device I have that could support POE 2 is a PS5.

PS5 supporter packs won't appear on the playstation store until the 6th dec (time unknown). EA keys are platform specific and only provide access to that platform, so DO NOT buy supporter packs on PC/Xbox if you want access on PS, wait until the 6th and buy on the PS store.

This is mostly right, but not excactly right.
This rule apply only for MTX.
U cant buy MTX on the Forum Store. Playstation ( Sony ) dont allow Crossbuys. U must buy MTX on Console to use them there.
Po2 got Crossplay but not Crossshare of all your MTXs.
XBOX - PC can share their stashtabs and so on with xbox - but not with playstation.
Sony ( ps4/ps5 ) will not share the supporterpack related MTXs.
The buy of the Early Acess Key, Whatsoever is not an MTX.
After i bought the Supporterpack with my Playstation Account in this Forum, i got the information, that my account is now eligable for Eearly Acess.
The only Problem will be - Those MTX cant be used on Console , if the informations are correct. ( I Wrote these Question to the Support and have to wait for the Answer )

If you're wanting to play on PS then you're going to be emailing support for a refund. It's been confirmed both in these forums by devs and on discord by devs that EA codes only provide access to the platform you purchased them on. Your EA code from rhe website is useless for PS.
If you want to play on every platform, you need to buy a key on every platform.

yeah thats correct. I got my refund pack. On my PC account i got a Free Key for long time support. Its for Steam / Main Client and Epic only
Now i wait, if i also get a long time support key for Playstation or buy it on the 6th of december.
But i think they must adjust the forum site. Its not Clear enough, than you cant buy stuff here for playstation. We need a warning pop up infront of us.

If this is true then might as well not even bother with poe2. Because one of the major issues with poe was their lack of attention to consoles. PoE was broke on console the entire lifetime. If it was not crashing and removing you from parties. You were losing massive xp in packed maps or multiplayer to 15 sec+ lag spikes.
ANd if we do not have something as simple as prepurchase and predownload already it is obvious they going to let the same issues persist in poe2.

Why can't we buy the access before dec-6 and pre-download the game like on Xbox?
We will all have to wait to make the purchase and download on the day of release.
I can already imagine the chaos that we will face.
