If trial owner dies in trial, party members cannot continue - POE 2

Friend opened trial, died in it, I survived but cannot proceed to next room as I'm not trial owner. Was thinking about leaving the party, maybe that will help, but party was bugged and while trying to leave it I got the message "The party does not exist"

Also I'm pretty sure party members except for party master cannot gain flask charges in trials.

Yes, exatcly, that happend to me, this is ridiculous.

Same here, buddy died on 9/10. Had to throw away the run.

Still not fixed after a year.
