POE2 - can’t assign weapon specialisation points

There seems to be no way on Xbox console to assign weapon specialisation points. You can’t click on the arrows next to the loadouts (top right corner of skill tree view) as there is no mouse / cursor.

no it doesnt...unless im missing something i still cant use them

When you refund a skill point (or still have one available to spend) then you will notice the option to hold A button to select either loadout 1 / 2 or both. You won’t be able to see it if you have already spent all of your current points.
