Is this too strong for act 1?

Got this at random wand gamble. Feels like executioner was a breeze and my damage feels very, very high with chaos and curse based build for final of act 1. Still not killed act 1 boss but wanted to ask if I was veeeery lucky or its normal wand.

It has 30% spell dmg and 30% chaos, with contagion, and feeble with dmg per second + doom explosion at the end feels too much for act 1, gone from challenging yet not hard to easy for now.

Overall, compared to Early Access, this game has become a shitty one; nothing works anymore! Star Act 1 is absolute garbage; where you're supposed to build your character, you only get crap and 1-2 gold coins, and so on. Personally, I won't be playing GGG for much longer, even though I played POE1 for almost 10 years! The sadism of some designers has to stop at some point!

Yeah, that's a pretty good wand. You should get pretty far with this one until you get a new one with higher stats. I had a similar one and finished act 2 with this. Got a new one at the beginning of act 3. ;)
