I can't install xbox series s

Hello. I bought the game on the 6th, but when I try to install it on my console (Xbox Series S), it says that the game is incompatible. The installation is corrupt and does not start.
When I log in to the game's website, my coins are zero. Which also leads me to question my purchase. How do I validate if my purchase is activated on your system? Because it is activated on my credit card.
