ไม่สามารถใช้งาน Trade ทั่ง POE1 / POE2 (I’m unable to use Trade in both POE1 and POE2.)

Lv 25 แล้ว ระบบแจ้งว่า
"คุณไม่สามารถตั้งขายไอเทมได้จนกว่าบัญชีของคุณจะได้รับการตรวจสอบ"
กระบวนการนี้อาจใช้เวลาสูงสุด 24 ชม

พอไปที่เว็ป Trade กด กระซิบ ก็ขึ้นว่า
"บัญชีของคุณไม่สามารถใช้งานฟีเจอร์นี้ได้"

ติดต่อ Support เมลไปก็แล้ว 4 วัน ก็ไม่ตอบ ไม่ช่วยเหลืออะไรเลย

"level 25, and the system is notifying that:
'You cannot list items for sale until your account has been verified.'
This process may take up to 24 hours.

When I go to the Trade website and click Whisper, it says:
'Your account cannot use this feature.'

I’ve already emailed Support 4 days ago, but they haven’t responded or provided any assistance.”
