Act 3 Oswald does not show for a character on my account

I mainly play couch coop with my wife. When we got to Act 3 Oswald was there to talk to initially and then disappeared.

When we are together he does not show up in town at all.

When I log on alone he is there and I can interact with him.

When we log on my wife's character (Bashur) alone he does not show at all.

How can he be bugged for just 1 character on the account? (we don't have any other characters in Act 3 yet to test)

Not sure if this has anything to do with my Oswald bug.

Also while on couch coop on PS5 when we are both in the game we do not see any other players in town at all we only see their pets.

When either of us are in the game alone we see other players in town.

When we are couch coop or my wife's character is alone we still do not see Oswald.

So not only can't she shop with him ever ... but we are worried about his quests and selling him the idols.

Update: In Act 3 When we got the quest Legacy of the Vaal - Enter the Gateway Oswald is there when we are playing couch co-op and even when she logs in alone.

Maybe Oswald moving to his new standing spot by the Gateway 'fixed' him for now?

I have exactly same issue - no Oswald when playing with my wife couch coop, or when enter the game alone with her character.

Same bug (also in couch co-op). In my character (warrior) Oswald is available, while in Witch character Oswald not present. This caused, that during couch co-op, Oswald not present.

Same problem. Anyone found any workaround?

Same bug here. I can see him solo, wife doesn’t have him solo and we don’t see him on couch co-op. At the moment I have an Oswald quest which she can’t get cause he’s not there for her. Any fix?

Currently I see only one workaround for it. You must move forward until you'll not beat boss from Temple of Kopec location. After beating boss from there, Oswald should show up near gateway place in city.

This was never fixed. In patch .2 we just got to Act 3 and the exact same thing is happening again.
My new Amazon can see Oswald when I am alone.
When we are couch co-op we do not see him.
When my wife logs on her Lich alone she does not see him.

Please fix!
