Skeletal Cleric crashing game

I never used to freeze or crash during the middle of gameplay, however as soon as I equiped and used the Skeletal Cleric skill gem, my game started to crash more often.

No issues this league (level 94) until equipping Skeletal Cleric, using Amanamu's Tithe. Its not instant, but after logging in, within 3-10 seconds the game crashes consistently.

This continued to occur after several more attempts, and only stopped when I removed the skill gem.
