My main character won't load in POE 2

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue where my main character is stuck on the loading screen and won’t load into the game.

I was playing on my main character when the game suddenly crashed in the loading screen.After restarting the game, I tried to log back in with the same character, but I got stuck on the loading screen.I tested creating a new character, and the game runs fine with the new one.

I’ve already tried reinstalling the game. Switching characters (new ones work fine, but my main still won’t load).

Unfortunately, nothing worked. The problem seems isolated to this specific character.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having the same issue, stuck in Bone Pitts and won't load, not sure what to do can't play main.

It’s crazy the devs didn’t fix this problem, here I am in march and one of my characters refuses to load in.

This happened with my huntress and now my witch.. bullshit

Didn't waste time on a new character until they fix this.. my 2nd was at lvl 40 so it can waste all your precious time... Spend it with family...lol

Will they actually read any of these

I'm having the same issue. I was doing Augury on main, and the character/game froze. I could hit escape to pull up the menu, and I logged out to the character screen, but I cannot log back into the character. Receive cannot find instance after loading screen, and the other 2 characters have the same issue. I'm locked out of playing the game as of right now.
