Anyone sitting on the actual numbers of this buff?

If i place it down at 50 Valour. How much % of attack damage do i get?

It’s 30% more at max stacks. At 20% quality, it goes up to 12% per valor and at level 14 6% increased attack. Ends up being 42% more. I'm not sure how Gemling works with its total of +14% quality of all skills. But that sounds nuts.
